Diwe Augustin-Glave

Diwe Augustin-Glave (G), they/them - is a Cleveland-born Jamaican and Haitian creator and performer. They are excited to be back on the Dobama stage, where they made their professional debut in 2023 as Angie Hodges in What We Look Like and played Tiger Lily in Peter/Wendy in 2024. Since graduating from Oberlin College in 2022, they worked for 3 years at Cleveland Public Theatre as a CMHA CAN Teaching Artist and Site Coordinator, formed a genre-fluid band named Marigold Cove, and premiered their original-solo-interactive performance, Unbecoming, at CPT’s Pandemonium. Other credits include Sankofa (Playhouse Square), BLK Stream (Imposters Theatre), Weathering (Karamu House), not-for-profit (Cleveland Public Theatre), and Last Stop on Market Street (Talespinner Children’s Theatre). They were also privileged to direct President Ava for the Marilyn Bianchi Kids’ Playwriting Festival at Dobama and serve as assistant director to Ananias Dixon for Toothpaste Millionaire at Talespinner Children’s Theatre.
