Marcus Dana (LIGHTING DESIGNER) is delighted to be back, lighting Dobama's 2021/22 Season. Marcus has been with Dobama since 1995 and this is his 6th year as Resident Lighting Designer. This past season, he designed at Karamu House, Beck Center for the Arts, Mamai Theatre Company, none too fragile, Rabbit Run Theater, Tri-C Jazz Fest, Nightingale Opera, Kent State Opera, Tri-C East, Mount Zion Church, and MOCA. Marcus is currently the Technical Director for Mamai Theatre Company, Nightingale Opera and the Kent State Vocal Department. Awards include: the 1995-96 Peggy Ezekiel "Award of Outstanding Achievement” as Lighting Designer for Beck Center for the Arts’ production of THE SECRET GARDEN.
